Refund Policy

You can try MotifSmith before you pay: making and following a pattern online is free, so you can check the chart before spending a credit.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits from that purchase. If you've used some, we'll consider a partial refund for the unused part. If a PDF failed or came out wrong because of a problem on our side, tell us and we'll fix it, return the credit, or refund you.

How to ask

Email support@motifsmith.com from your account's email address with your order details. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Remaining credits from that purchase are removed.

Your consumer rights under local law aren't affected by this policy.
